Rebuild

We were tasked with taking and old, rundown betting shop and gutting it to start again from scratch to build a three bedroom flat. We completely rebuilt the front. Knocked down and completely rebuilt the unsafe rear extension. Added all new pipework. Built a completely new layout with stud walls. Screeded floors. Laid flooring. Installed two bathrooms, a kichen. Built a new rear wall to create a courtyard with a new sliding gate.
